Fair Trade is seeking a detail-driven, analytically strong Label Royalties Manager to help ensure the artists, producers, and partners we serve are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you will own key elements of the royalty cycle, from preparing and reviewing sales data, maintaining royalty-system setup, and processing royalty statements to managing recoupments, reconciling artist balances, and supporting financial reporting.

You will apply contract and licensing terms with care, resolve complex royalty inquiries, collaborate with internal teams and external payees, and strengthen the systems and processes behind accurate, dependable royalty administration.
