• Generate tokens for all credit card orders received through email, fax and white mail, then redact the credit card number
• Assist in processing credit card exception reporting
• Research credit card orders through Oracle, the AS400 and other Web Based programs
• Take incoming calls assisting customers with credit card orders as well as make outbound clarification calls
• Handle communication including internal transfer calls from other customer service agents as well as from the St Charles Inside sales office
• Provide feedback to the NSO management team and perform other duties as required

• Above average attendance preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to express thoughts clearly, know how to listen, and contribute in a team environment
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Must be able to multi task and utilize multiple systems at a time
• Must be willing to make decisions and use judgment in resolving customer problems
• Work independently with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Abide by strict Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance and Security Guidelines
• Computer skills, including website navigation and usage preferred
• Previous business phone etiquette is preferred
• Outlook, Excel and Word experience required
• Must pass background check
• Customer Service experience required
• Experience with Oracle and AS400 required
• Demandware/Salesforce experience preferred
