Counter-Notification

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking an injunction.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKJOBS US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO INACCURATE JOB INFORMATION, REMOVED POSTINGS, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA.

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 or the total amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookJobs US and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BookJobs US at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or material modification of the service

• Extended periods of inactivity

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the site will immediately cease. We reserve the right to delete any data associated with your use of the site, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Survival: Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to: intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.
