  • Lead cross-functional launch teams to position new platforms, features, and capabilities, crafting narrative themes that differentiate our solutions in the market
  • Create audience-segmented positioning, personas, and messaging frameworks that bring technical concepts to life through use cases and storytelling
  • Serve as the voice of the market, synthesizing customer feedback, adopter flows, and competitive research to inform product roadmaps and demand generation strategies
  • Partner with Field Marketing and Sales leadership to design standardized sales enablement tools, including battlecards, positioning guides, and presentation decks
  • Supervise and mentor a team of three marketing professionals, establishing priorities, providing continuous coaching, and supporting professional development
  • Collaborate with external partners, authors, and consultants to coordinate marketing presentations, recruit peer consultants, and execute key campaigns

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas credibly across all levels of an organization
  • Proven strategic and analytical thinking skills to synthesize customer data, evaluate market trends, and make sound business decisions
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing complexity while driving projects forward independently
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of building consensus across cross-functional, distributed teams

Preferred qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and PowerBI
