Role overview

This position plays a key role in ensuring Accounts Receivable adheres to PCI guidelines within a secured environment. All work is time-sensitive and must be completed promptly to meet department service level requirements.

Responsibilities

Generate tokens for all credit card orders received via email, fax, and white mail.
Redact credit card numbers.
Assist in processing credit card exception reporting.
Research credit card orders using Oracle, AS400, and other web-based programs.
Handle incoming calls assisting customers with credit card orders.
Make outbound clarification calls.
Manage internal transfer calls from other customer service agents and from the St. Charles Inside Sales Office.
Provide feedback to the NSO management team.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Above-average attendance preferred.
Ability to learn new skills quickly and retain information.
Confidentiality is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express thoughts clearly, listen effectively, and contribute to a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to multitask and utilize multiple systems simultaneously.
Willingness to make decisions and use judgment in resolving customer problems.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must abide by strict Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance and Security Guidelines.
Computer skills, including website navigation and usage, are preferred.
Previous business phone etiquette is preferred.
Outlook, Excel, and Word experience are preferred.
Customer Service experience is preferred.
Experience with Oracle and AS400 is preferred.
Demandware/Salesforce experience is preferred.
