Role overview

What you'll do

  • Pick/verify Pull and pack products as identified on automated order processing system to fulfill customer orders
  • Batch picking – Pick multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Single-order picking – Pick one order at a time.
  • Verify accuracy – Scan barcodes or manually confirm the right items were picked.
  • Tools used – Paper, Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners and Vision HUDs to process tasks
  • Meeting productivity goals: Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and following company procedures.

What you'll need

  • 1 year of continuous work experience
  • 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to navigate our warehouse operating system PKMS
  • Attention to detail – evaluating shortages, identify damages, proper cart setup for picking process
  • Ability to move push/pull carts (up to 70lbs force)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask based on workload demands
  • Ability to work independently or in a group environment
  • Ability to maintain reliable attendance
  • Ability to meet and maintain the departmental production rate
  • Ability to bend and squat full shift.
  • Ability to use a step stool full shift.
  • Able to work overtime.
