Lakeside Book Company is seeking an Order Filler for our 1st shift. This role is crucial to our mission of keeping the world reading by ensuring books are accurately and efficiently processed. Responsibilities

Locate product shelf location to pull product by hand
Count and place books in a container
Pack books to ensure product quality
Put away product into assigned locations
Cross-train to assist in other areas

Requirements

No experience necessary; full training will be provided
Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Rate: $17/hour
Earn additional $1-$3/hour beyond the base wage for meeting or exceeding goals with our performance-based incentive program
