Role overview

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA. This role will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for assigned Lightning Source (LS) Production departments. The Operations Manager will also supervise all associates on the assigned shift.

The Operations team plays a key role in ensuring our distribution centers and warehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency. Schedule

Sunday-Tuesday 7am-7pm + every other Saturday 7am-7pm

What you'll do

  • Manage materials and equipment necessary for the daily production and shipping of books to LSI customers, including order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with other LS Departments to resolve customer complaints, manage rush orders, and meet client needs.
  • Oversee and direct supervisors on the assigned shift.
  • Compose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records, recommending disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions, and oversee training.
  • Ensure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times.

What you'll need

  • College degree or directly related year-for-year experience.
  • 3 or more years of management experience.
  • 1 or more years of manufacturing experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hiring Salary Range: $102,061k - $129,414k. This range is determined by factors including the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
