Marketing Specialist

Integrity Music is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help bring our artists and releases to audiences around the world. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Commercial Partnerships and Radio teams to support DSP and song pitching, optimize playlists, execute radio promotion campaigns, analyze streaming and campaign performance, and help turn insights into action. You’ll be involved throughout the life of a release—preparing and tracking pitches, coordinating promotional activities, managing project timelines and deliverables, and helping ensure campaigns stay organized and moving forward. You’ll also collaborate across the broader Marketing team on social media, YouTube, Church Resources, events, artist promotional activities, and other initiatives. This is an opportunity to do more than support great marketing. You’ll develop hands-on experience across multiple areas of the music business, build relationships with internal and external partners, and contribute to work that helps Integrity Music equip the global Church with songs of substance.
