Tyndale House Foundation is seeking a Grants & Philanthropy Intern for Summer 2027. This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at the world of professional philanthropy, providing experience working for an international grantmaking foundation. You will build community with other interns and Tyndale employees while engaging with Tyndale's mission to engage, equip, and empower local leaders for gospel impact.

Tyndale Internships are designed for college students interested in exploring a career in the Christian Publishing industry. Participants engage with interns across various departments, attend training workshops, and collaborate on group projects to build professional skills.

Responsibilities

Review assigned proposals, write executive summaries, and make recommendations
Participate in grantee meetings and THF team meetings
Respond to grantee emails
Assist with website administration
Read assigned books and articles
Learn about the functions of foundations

Requirements

Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Nonprofit Management, English, Communications, or another relevant field of study
Personal alignment with and adherence to the bible as God’s Word
Agreement with Tyndale's Statement of Faith
Organized, professional, friendly, conscientious, and creative
A contagious love for Jesus
A desire to serve and learn
Ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment
Commitment to prayer
Generous spirit
Deep care for international missions
Enjoyment of interacting with people from different cultures

Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly range for this position is $17.50 per hour

Logistics

Internships will start in May 2027 and generally run through the summer, with flexible scheduling options
The expected schedule is 40 hours per week on-site
