Role overview
The Fulfillment Training Coordinator - Night Shift is responsible for managing and assigning daily order fulfillment activities, ensuring orders meet quality standards before shipment. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing outgoing shipments, communicating with internal teams regarding order status, and coordinating daily training needs.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21.00/hr plus $2.50/hr shift differential
- Opportunity for performance-based pay increases at 6 months and 1 year

Shift
- Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am
- Overtime as required including Friday and Saturday

Responsibilities
- Manage and assign daily order fulfillment activities
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Communicate with internal team regarding order status and delays
- Coordinate and direct trainers on daily training needs and follow up
- Monitor the team’s work to ensure orders meet all quality standards before shipment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Previous forklift experience - preferred
- Understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management
- Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
