Phoenix Color® is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth coordination of production orders, managing documentation, and overseeing inventory and logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Production & Sample Coordination
Select and prepare product samples for production orders.
Assemble and organize job bags with all required materials and documentation.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of samples and job packets prior to production.
Support sorting and staging of materials for production use.
Order & Documentation Management
File and maintain organized records of job bags, orders, and samples.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
Support administrative organization of production workflows.
Inventory & Receiving
Receive incoming goods into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
Match packing lists to purchase orders and verify quantities and items received.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the processing system.
Logistics & Freight Coordination
Track Bills of Lading (BOLs) for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Communicate with freight carriers to obtain pricing and shipment details.
Enter freight and shipping data for accounting and cost tracking purposes.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $18.45 - $22.80 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
