• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries and orders, and efficiently processing transactions.
• Drive sales of all products and actively promote point-of-sale initiatives, including Membership, Magazine for Millionaires, and Educator programs.
• Balance cash drawers accurately at the end of each shift, adhering to established loss prevention variances.
• Deliver and merchandise product on the sales floor according to guidelines and timelines.
• Maintain sales floor appearance by recovering merchandise, shelving books, straightening displays, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
• Protect company assets by following all loss prevention standards and conducting all transactions with integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include assisting in other departments, receiving shipments, assembling fixtures, assisting with inventory, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
